Members of this group: Alcides, Fabiana, Placido, Simone, and Vitor.
The Itambé group are friends who met in the same workplace. They all live and work in the Santo André region in São Paulo, Brazil. Fabiana sells snacks, Plácido sells pastries, snacks and juices, Simone sells snacks, and Vitor sells snacks and juices.
Alcides is the leader of the group. He is married and has three children. Alcides has a small store where he sells purses, and has worked for over 30 years with these products. He began this work selling door-to-door, and today he has a small business. He wanted a loan for the purchase of clothing, purses, wallets, and belts to expand his shops inventory.
The extra income will allow him to buy more merchandise. Alcides is a person dedicated to his family and in his spare time he volunteers for his local church. His dream is to open another store and to take a trip with his family.
Now thanks to your generous donations the Itambé group have received the finances to help Alcides dreams become reality.
